The pregnant reality star kept her man a secret and their traditional marriage very private as fans did not see her marriage coming, Nina who later revealed in an interview that her husband is a very private man and she's okay with things the way it is, she also revealed that she didn't think she would get married at an early age but believes that it was a perfect timing.
