The 35-year-old reality star, who gave birth to her second child Saint in December, posed naked on the cover while clutching a leather jacket to preserve her modesty. 

The shoot marks GQ's tenth anniversary and promises to show the star 'as you've never seen her before'. 

The cover image shows Kim wearing nothing but the dazzling diamond engagement ring given to her by husband Kanye West.

She can be seen holding the leather jacket against her body, barely covering her famous curves, while smouldering into the camera.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star also posed in a vintage car while sporting kinky thigh-high boots and a cut-out body suit.

Another frame shows her wearing a bra, pull-up stockings and no knickers with an overcoat.

Kim's stripped down shoot also showed her with little make-up on, while her raven hair was styled in sexy waves.

The snapshots were taken by fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

This marks Kim's first time gracing the cover of the magazine, although she starred on the cover of British GQ in 2014.

Kim has dropped 60lbs in six months following the birth of her son Saint in December. She and Kanye are also parents to daughter North, who turns three today.

The beauty now weighs in around 130lbs but hopes to get down to 120lbs. She told People: 'My butt and my hips are the last to go, but I'm not stopping!'

The star has revealed that she shed the baby weight by getting up for 6am workouts and strictly sticking to the low-carb Atkins diet.
