This whole situation between Kevin McCall and Eva Marcille has been extraordinarily confusing. If you follow their drama, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Otherwise, let me give you a quick summary. The singer is currently in the midst of a nasty custody dispute with Marcille over his daughter. Kevin says he has not seen his daughter in years and tries to regain custody of Marley Rae, but Eva says he should not be allowed near their daughter because he is physically abusive.

McCall was arrested this week after a fight with a police officer in court, with much of his discussion being captured on Instagram Live. It turns out that once the video stopped, even more crazy things happened.

According to an exclusive report by The Shade Room, the artist was acting with police who tried to remove him from court. When asked for identification, McCall apparently said he was robbed last week and could not present his license or anything. The police then approached him and asked for his name and date of birth, when things went wrong.
