Collagen Protein 20g
1 tbsp MCT Oil
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 Handful spinach
1/4 cup raspberries
2 cups iced green tea or matcha tea
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Pour in a glass and enjoy!
