4 commissioners sacked by Governor Oshiomhole.

Adams Oshiomhole, the governor of Edo State, has sacked 4 commissioners. The termination of the appointment of the commissioners was announced via a statement released on Wednesday by Prince Kassim Afegbua, Special Adviser, Media and Public Affairs.

The statement said the termination of the commissioners was in line with government's commitment to strengthening the system towards optimal performance. The sacked commissioners are;

Chief Lucky James, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.

Mrs. Maigida Blessing, Commissioner for Women Affairs.

Mr. Patrick Aguinede, Commissioner for Basic Education.

Mr. Chris Ebare, Commissioner for Energy and Water Resources
