Essence "Red Ahead" - swatch & manis!

Hey beauties!

So my Sugar Skulls won Essence's #expressyouressence contest! How awesome! In honour of Essence, I want to show you one of their new polishes: "Red Ahead".

I had really thought is was brown, and I guess it is a really deep maroon. Gorgeous.

Here it is.

So many opportunities for such a pretty polish!

I did my fall nails for the Twinsie Thursday post swap with them. I also used it on two friends. One classy and one cute mani. Let's start with the cute!

I based it on a design by Divine Caroline. I just used different colours. The red is also Essence, I forgot which one. I just used a nail art brush and a bobby pin (for I had forgotten my dotting tool). Now for the classy, I used another Essence: "My Fortune Cookie". I used tape and a nail art brush, because I didn't have my striping tape with me..
